Step 2 - Writing Your Questionnaire

As soon as you have approval from me of your survey design from Step 1 you can move on to Step 2 - Writing Your Questionnaire. If you haven't completed Step 1 or don't have approval to move on then contact me as soon as possible.

DIRECTIONS:

1. Open your "Writing Your Questionnaire" worksheet by clicking here. Be sure to add your name to the title.

2. Read through the information in the box at the top and work through the steps to create your questionnaire. When you have completed the steps, answer the questions at the bottom of the worksheet.

3. Change the SHARE settings for your worksheet so anyone with the link can COMMENT.

4. Click Add Submission. Copy and Paste the link to your worksheet in the text box and click Save Changes.

5. *IMPORTANT* You will receive an email notification when I have looked over your worksheet. I will leave feedback on your questionnaire if any changes are necessary. Be sure to read through the feedback I give so you can continue your project in the best manner possible.
