EXTRA CREDIT: Test Corrections (Due January 11)

EXTRA CREDIT: Test Corrections (up to 20 points)

You may earn half of the credit back for each missed question by submitting test corrections.  The maximum extra credit you can earn is 20 points.  Follow these steps to complete the assignment:

1. Open your Term 2 Final and click Review to review your test.

2. Create a Google Document (or use this form) that includes the following for each question missed:

• The question you missed (not just the number, but the actual question)
• Your original answer
• Your corrected answer
• An explanation of the correction ( I want to know that you understand where you made the mistake)

3. After you have corrected your mistakes, click Share in the upper right corner of your Google Doc.  Be sure that Anyone at Mountain Heights Academy with the Link can view is is selected.  Then click Copy Link.

4. Return to this page and click Add Submission.

5. Paste the link to your finished assignment in the text box and select Save Changes.

After you have completed this assignment, it will be marked as complete with a checkmark after it has been graded by the instructor.
