Geogebra Scatter Plot

For this assignment you will be working in an interactive graphing website called Geogebra. You will identify and analyze the effects of moving data points (including outliers) on the correlation coefficient and the line of regression.

You will be taking screenshots of your work to submit on your worksheet. If you're not sure how to take a screenshot, view this tutorial found in the "Navigating the Course" file of this course.

You have two attempts on this assignment. If you submit a 2nd attempt, please type "Please Regrade" in the submission text box along with your worksheet link so I know that you've made changes that you'd like me to look over.

This assignment is worth 10 points. It is due on Friday, February 23rd at 6pm.

DIRECTIONS:

1. Open the worksheet by clicking the link below and selecting Make a Copy:

2. Change the name of the worksheet to "LASTNAME: Geogebra Scatter Plot".

3. Complete the worksheet. Be sure to give complete answers and type in a dark color besides black. Also, make sure the screenshots you submit show all of your work.

4. When the worksheet is finished, change the share settings in the top right hand corner to: Anyone with the link can comment.

5. Copy the URL of your worksheet. Come back to this page and click Add Submission. 

6. In the text box, paste the URL of your worksheet and click Save Changes.

After you have completed this assignment, it will be marked as complete with a checkmark after it has been graded by the instructor.
