3.1 ASSIGNMENT: Evolution Timeline (Due April 12)

Evolution Timeline (15 points)

Instructions:

1.  Create a timeline of how the evolutionary theory was developed.  It can be a straight line or however you would like to organize it.  You can do it by hand or else create it with the computer (google slides, google drawing, google doc, etc.).  You can also use this program Timeline

2.  You must include at least 5 events in your evolutionary timeline.  Each event needs a date, small explanation, and a picture. Examples of Scientists/events to include: Darwin, Wallace, Lamarck, Lyell, Mendel, Tiktaalik, Linnaeus, Thomas Hunt Morgan, Ernest Mayr, Origin of the Species

3.  You can use the following websites to help you find 5 events.
