5.1 ASSIGNMENT: Planet Feature

Points: 50

Instructions: 

For this assignment you will be creating a presentation or brochure about one of the planets in our solar system.  You can choose which planet to feature.

Presentation Requirements:  Your presentation must include all of the following sections.

1. General planet information:  Size, distance from the Sun, surface composition, atmosphere composition.
2. Information about moons if applicable.  Include names and general information about the moons if present.
3. Interesting facts:  What makes this planet unique and different than the other planets.
4. Images:  Please include a minimum of 5 images of the planet and or moons.
5. Citation:  Be sure to include a citation slide documenting where you found your information and images, include links or website urls.

Submission Instructions: 

1. You will create your presentation in google Slides.  Click NEW and Google Slides. 

2. Complete the assignment and save the document in Google Docs as LASTNAME Assignment Name.

3. When you are finished click Share in the right hand corner

4. Change the sharing setting to Anyone at Mountain Heights Academy can comment. This will allow your teacher to comment on your assignment.

5. Click Copy Link

6. To submit your assignment, return to this page and click Add Submission

7. Paste the link to your Google Doc in the box (ctrl+v)

8. Click Save Changes to submit your assignment

After you have completed this assignment, it will be marked as complete with a checkmark after it has been graded by the instructor.
