EXTRA CREDIT ASSIGNMENT: Plate Tectonics Creativity Show (10 extra credit points)

All quarter we have learned about plate tectonics and how they affect the surface of the planet. This last week of the quarter, we are going to have an art show where you get to submit a photograph, original art piece, or written art piece, into the class forum. Your art must somehow relate to Plate Tectonics. Think about the types of things that happen along plate boundaries, or at hot spots, that could be featured in your submission. Submissions must be original work--something you created.

Instructions:

Choose your form of art you would like to submit. Photography, original artwork, or written work is all acceptable forms of submission.
Submit your piece into the forum. Include a description of how your piece relates to plate tectonics or convection or anything from Q2 that we have covered.
Comment on 2 or more pieces by other students.
