- Summarize the atmosphere's composition
- Evaluate why the atmosphere is important for life
- Desccribe the layers of the atmosphere in terms of changing physical properties (e.g. temperature, pressure and density)
- Evaluate the types of air pollutants and summarize their impacts on the atmosphere and the biosphere
- Compare and contrast ozone located in the troposphere vs the stratosphere
